Replacing Guilt
Replacing Guilt is a series of essays by Nate Soares (and now a book) about replacing guilt-based motivation with “intrinsic motivation” – a drive to do good in the world. I listened to the podcast version of it, which was produced by Gianluca Truda who makes the redacted? podcast.
I neglected to take notes the first time around which was a mistake but it was still very useful to listen to. Bold titles are episodes or posts that I especially enjoyed.
